Andrew Hadley

Andrew Hadley

CEO

I have always been interested in other languages and cultures, and have lived and worked in many different countries. As British Council director in Macedonia, I created the Blue Sky network and several other innovative international youth projects. That is how I discovered my passion for working with young people, which led to setting up Momentum World with Paul and Trevor. I firmly believe in the power of international exchange and intercultural learning to change lives, and I want to create more opportunities for this, especially for UK young people. I love music, film, architecture, astronomy, Cornwall and of course my family.

Ben Holland

Youth Development Manager

My experience with Erasmus plus and international youth work started nearly 2 decades ago when I went to Poland on my first youth exchange and since then I’ve been involved in many projects – first as a participant, volunteer, youth leader, coordinator and now trainer. Experiencing new cultures, meeting people that I can share stories with, giving young people access to new opportunities and helping them to explore the world, makes me more passionate about my work and keen on never stopping exploring, searching and reaching.
In my free time I love stories and games, travelling, sports, time with my family and walks with my dog Hugo.
I believe in the power of international experiences, my work is International, my family is international and I want you to become international.
